A quantum PDK for wavelengths from 493nm - 1550nm

Wave Photonics announces the availability of the SiNQ process – a silicon nitride process fabricated by CORNERSTONE for quantum systems and emitters. The process is supported by the world’s most expansive PDK, containing 1056 components and supporting 33 wavelengths from 493nm to 1550nm. SiNQ is designed for those working with trapped ions and atoms, NV centres, quantum dots and a huge range of other quantum systems.
